Return & refund policy
At Clipper, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Here’s all you need to know about returns, refunds, and cancellations:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at customercare@roritoworld.com with details of the product and the defect.
How It Works:
- Once we receive the returned product, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe.
- If the item is confirmed defective, you will either receive a replacement or a refund through the original payment method.
🚨 Note:
- Product images on the website are for visual representation only and may differ slightly due to ongoing product improvements. Variations in component shapes (e.g., cone, bottom plug, grip, pen cap, pen clip) or colour differences between the product and the images are not grounds for returns or refunds.
ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
- Cancellation requests received within this timeframe will initiate a refund process to your account using the original payment method. Refunds will take up to 4 working days to process.
If electronic refunds are not possible, Clipper reserves the right to issue refunds via at-par cheques.
Important Notes:
- No refunds will be provided for orders cancelled after the 2-hour window.
- If incorrect details (e.g., phone number or address) are provided, or if the order is not collected upon delivery, no refund will be issued.
Failure to provide the OTP to the delivery agent will result in order cancellation. A refund will be processed after deducting delivery and RTO (Return to Origin) charges.
